Your personal development is important to us and we regularly discuss this with you.
We offer workshops, training courses, exchange opportunities and much more for internal knowledge transfer. External training courses are also part of our range of further training opportunities.
- How does the recruitment process work?
Once we have received your application, we will review it as quickly as possible. Then we usually start with a telephone call to get to know each other.
If we are convinced of each other, one or, if necessary, two personal interviews will follow. This also gives you the opportunity to get to know your future colleagues and your future working environment in advance.
If all interviews are positive, you will receive an attractive job offer.
- What documents should I send with my application?
To make it easy, we only need a complete CV at the beginning, ideally as a PDF.
